First Christmas

Brady spent his first Christmas at his Grandma Debbie's home where he met her and Uncle Jock for his first time. We left Tuesday (12/22/09) morning and drove 5 hours and spent the night at Kris' Dad and Jean's house in Lake Geneva, WI. Brady did great on the car ride! He slept for most of it and we only had to stop once to feed him:) We left Kris' Dad's house on Wednesday afternoon and then drove 2 hours to Kris' Mom's house in Aurora, IL. Brady did not do so well on the car ride though:( He pretty much cried the entire time and we had to stop multiple times for me to feed him because that was the only thing that calmed him. Plus the roads were bad because he was snowing so the usual 2 hour car ride took us almost 3 1/2 hours:(! But once we got there we settle in and it was great to see them!:) On Christmas Eve we went to an evening church service at a church nearby their home and then Christmas Morning we opened gifts and Debbie makes lasagna every year and it is sooo good!! Kris also got Brady's best picture yet of him smiling on Christmas morning!! I just LOVE it! He is just so darn cute!!!
