Fourth of July Weekend~

We had a wonderful, but busy 4th of July weekend:)! On Saturday we went to our friend's Ryan Nicole, who live on Prior Lake and recently remodeled there home so they had a "house warming/4th of July BBQ:) It was a great time and my how times have changed! A few years ago when they would have parties it was pretty much all adults and at times would get a little rowdy! This year however, I think there where more kids then adults and things were pretty mellow:) Brady met his new friend Jacob (Ryan and Nicole's 4 month old son) and had a reunite with his friend Lennin:) We played some yard games, ate lots of food and then ended the evening with a pontoon ride:) It was a great day! A little windy, but without the wind I think we all would have roasted!

On Saturday Kris and I brought Brady to the boat parade on Prior Lake! It was so HOT outside so good thing the parade was only 30 minutes! We dipped Brady's feet in the lake but he was not having it!:( I think the lake was little to cold for his liking;) After the parade we went back to our house and my parents came up for a BBQ! My parents bought Brady a new swing set and a little toy bike and he LOVES them both! We put him in the swing on the deck and he was pretty much falling asleep within minutes! After we grilled out we just relaxed, Brady ate his dinner and had story time with Grandpa and Gamma. Later that night my parents stayed at our house with Brady while Kris and I left to go watch the fire works at our friend Cindy and Jake's house. They live right by Prior Lake and we got to sit out on their neighbor's deck, which was awesome because they lit them off right across the lake from us! It was our first time watching the fireworks on the lake and it was great! There where tons of boats on the lake that all honked their horns when the fireworks where done, it was just a great "festive" feeling kind of night;) Below are some pictures from the weekend! Enjoy~
