Cabin Adventure~

My parents always rent a cabin down in Faribault at LeMieux Resort the second weekend in June. We have had this tradition for 3 years and this year it was even better because Brady was with us:)! It was his first cabin adventure and even though the weather was yucky we still have a wonderful time:) Kris, Brady and I got down there on Friday afternoon and then my sister and our friend's Jake and Cindy, who have always joined us, came down earlier in the evening:) After some grilling Grandma June watched Brady while we went out fishing! It was a little slow at first, but right around dusk the fish starting biting! I caught 3 and Kris caught his biggest fish to date! It was almost a 4 lb walleye! Kris and I didn't stay out at the cabin because it is a little small so we drove into town and stayed at my parents because they have a crib and Brady would sleep better there. Saturday morning we drove back out to the cabin and since it was rainy, we went bowling and then just grilled out again. The boys went out fishing and the ladies and Brady just hung in the cabin:) Sunday morning we visited some more and then we came home;) It was a nice relaxing weekend and even though we didn't get Brady out in the boat or in his swim trunks it was a perfect weekend with the family:)
